TOOLBOX-Invisible self-portraitInvisible self-portrait proposes a “Toolbox” to put emotions and the energy field into orbit. An internal crystal laboratory exposed to the light of our eyes: keys-organs,keys-glands. There is a heart, a uterus, a pancreas, a thyroid gland, a pineal gland, a pituitary gland.

Using glass as the medium for my work allows me to explore the dichotomy of fragility and strength, transparency and opacity, and the transition from liquid to solid states.

Indeed, the recyclability of glass can be seen as a metaphorical representation of the circle of life in my expression. Just as glass can be melted down and transformed into new creations, our bodies and the components that constitute them are part of a continuous cycle in the natural world. This concept adds a layer of meaning, accentuating the interconnectedness of all living things and the cyclical nature of existence.

By choosing glass and emphasizing its recyclability, I symbolically represent how life and matter are in a perpetual state of transformation and renewal. This connection between the artistic expression of glass and the circle of life invites us to contemplate not only the beauty of the human body but also our place within the larger ecosystem.
