TOOLBOX - Invisible self-portrait
Invisible self-portrait proposes a “Toolbox” to put emotions and the energy field into orbit. An internal crystal laboratory exposed to the light of our eyes: keys-organs,keys-glands. There is a heart, a uterus, a pancreas, a thyroid gland, a pineal gland, a pituitary gland.
By choosing glass and emphasizing its recyclability, I symbolically represent how life and matter are in a perpetual state of transformation and renewal.This connection between the artistic expression of glass and the circle of life invites us to contemplate not only the beauty of the human body but also our place within the larger ecosystem.

Este proyecto, es parte de otra serie de autorretratos como –Urbano´s Landscape-Made in Argentina-Frágil; Río Adentro– que indagan en las pequeñas herramientas corpóreas internas y su fragilidad. Formas orgánicas como las glándulas que rigen nuestras emociones; por ejemplo la tiroide. Para ser editadas en piezas de cristal reciclado.
Siempre me interesó trabajar de manera colaborativa e involucrar otras áreas de la tecnología en investigación, que no solo sean las Artes Plásticas. En este caso, médicos, técnicos en imágenes, especialistas en impresiones 3D, y maestros vidrieros. Esta investigación en cómo realizar los moldes y todo el proceso para las esculturas en cristal reciclado, utilizando vitrofusión. Fue un honor contar con la experiencia del CFPR y los artistas y expertos que participaron en la resolución de esta obra.
